What else should I do to support safe weight loss?
Avoid big meals ideally wed eat 5 small meals a day. While this may not be possible, portion control during meal and snack time is critical
Eat lots of green vegetables like broccoli, spinach, swiss chard, arugula, kale, and collard greens
Eat foods high in proteins like organic meats, fish, nuts, eggs, dairy, and beans. Include protein with each meal

Avoid sugar, refined carbohydrates, white bread, and white rice
