You should expect to observe gradual improvements in your comfort levels and mobility. We recommend you take Motion as directed and give yourself a minimum of one week to let you body respond to the benefits of Motion.
When should Motion be taken?
Take two capsules twice daily between meals. Motion is most effective when taken on an empty stomach because of the active ingredient Bromelain.
What else should I do to reduce the discomfort caused by joint pain?
• Rest, especially after exercise
• Drink plenty of water targeting one half your body weight in ounces per day
• Consider taking a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement, which may help reduce inflammation and rebuild cartilage
• If sore alternate hot and cold compresses to areas of pain
• Stretching and light exercise will aid recovery but only if you are not injured
• Reduce intake of inflammatory producing foods like red meats, peppers, potatoes, eggplant and tomatoes
